1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Slumber Drift ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Slumber Drift is a HealthKit-powered idle exploration game for iPhone. The App reads sleep data from Apple HealthKit to generate in-game statistics, weather conditions, and exploration outcomes. The App is designed for entertainment and wellness motivation, not medical advice.

3. User Data

All data is stored locally on your device. The App has no server infrastructure, no user accounts, and no cloud storage. Your sleep data, exploration history, and game progress never leave your device.

4. HealthKit Usage

The App requests read-only access to sleep analysis data from Apple HealthKit. This includes sleep duration, sleep stages (Deep, REM, Core), bedtime, and wake time. The App never writes data to HealthKit. HealthKit access is optional; the App functions without it using neutral default values.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers the following optional purchases via Apple's StoreKit:

• Full Adventure — a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks all content
• Tip Jar — optional consumable tips in three tiers with no attached features

The App is fully playable without any purchases. There are no advertisements and no subscriptions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive source code from it. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, text, and game mechanics in Slumber Drift are the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Sleep data visualizations and game mechanics are for entertainment and motivational purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional for sleep-related concerns.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the App or other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
